Check the model with System Information
- Press Windows + R.
- Type msinfo32 and press Enter.
- Look for System Manufacturer and System Model.

Check Settings for basic device information
Open Settings > System > About to see the device name, processor, installed RAM, system type, and Windows specifications. This page may not provide the manufacturer’s full commercial model number.
Use the physical product label when precision matters
Manufacturers often print a model, product number, service tag, or serial number on the bottom of the laptop or another label. Use the exact identifier when downloading BIOS, firmware, or model-specific drivers.
Do not post serial numbers unnecessarily
