The instructions in this post were carried out using an iPhone 14 Plus running iOS 17.
These methods are also applicable to many other versions of iOS and iPhone models, including the following:

Step 1: Launch the Safari browser.
Step 2: At the bottom of the screen, tap the Tabs symbol.
It’s the button with two overlapping squares.
Step 3: Locate the tab you want to pin, then tap and hold on it.
Step 4: To pin this tab, select the Pin Tab option.
The pinned tab will subsequently appear at the top of the tabs screen in Safari.
